About me

I’m Karina Galiano de Nussbaumer, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and now based in Vienna. I support women on their journey towards better health, hormonal balance and overall wellbeing.

My approach is rooted in the combination of personal experience, professional training and many years of work in women’s health and integrative nutrition.

 

My own story includes chronic stress, severe PMS, weight struggles, hormonal imbalances such as PCOS (now PMOS) and endometriosis, thyroid issues, stress, burnout and several unsuccessful fertility treatments. I know what it feels like to keep functioning on the outside while, internally, the body is asking for something different.

 

Thanks to my personal experience, my training with international experts health and integrative nutrition, and my background in business administration and communication, I have developed an integrative approach that combines nutrition, hormonal balance, nervous system regulation and sustainable habits, adapted to the real lives of women with demanding schedules.

 

I especially support professional women and expats, like myself, who want to restore their energy, mental clarity and connection with their body in a sustainable way - without extremes or quick fixes.

 

My goal is to help you truly understand your body, develop healthy habits that fit into your life, and feel energised, balanced and confident in yourself again.
